  • Absolutely! We work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and objectives. We collaborate throughout the process to make sure the final product aligns with your goals.

  • We don’t provide raw footage, as most of our projects are shot in a high-quality codec requiring professional software to view and edit the footage. The final product is crafted in the editing phase, including colour grading and sound design. However, we're happy to provide additional edits or clips to cover all of your needs.

  • We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy varies based on the project and is decided with the client at the start of each project.

  • Typically, editing and post-production take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. We’ll provide a timeline for your specific project and keep you updated along the way. If needed, we can offer a rushed option, depending on availability— just let us know your timeline!
